Responsibilities:
Accountable for identifying target major account, defining and managing account planning, and managing key relationship with influential customer/ stakeholders.
Accountable for offering real added value to customer business and responsible to provide feedback to marketing team to improve the offering capability (i.e. quality lost sales report)
Accountable for managing Engine PP & PS Sales target achievement, through Sales Pipeline and conduct Sales Forecasting
Accountable for mitigating business risk and responsible for overseeing A/R collection
Responsible for achieving Marketing & Sales Dealer Excellence target
Requirements:
Open to all majors, but preferably someone with bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marine Engineering
Demonstrate solid working experience as Sales Manager or Account Manager who already manage team members
Have strategic/ key relationship to Marine customers

Business Knowledge : Project knowledge, Project Management, Corporate Strategic and Corporate Finance
Specific Requirement : Project Feasibility, Risk assessment, Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, SAP (FICO, MM, WBS, CRM)
Fluent in Business English and Ms Office
