GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM
This Graduate Trainee Program is designed for all post-graduates who want to learn and start their career path in a global integrated supply chain and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients. The selected candidates will undergo a one-year trainee program in several roles in the business, joining the team in the field as preparation for their future roles at the managerial level.
Requirements
Master’s degree in major; Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Economic Agriculture, and Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Max 2 years experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Understand the basics of economy, strategy, and marketing
Having proficiency in English both oral and written (TOEFL score min. 480)
Must be computer literate and good in Windows applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good communication skills, energetic, eager to learn, strong in analysis, high motivation, and ability to work under minimum supervision, potential leadership
Willing to travel around Indonesia and learn in remote branches of Olam for a 1 – year training program.
